Which licensure tracks does Confirm support?
LMFT, LPCC, and LCSW under the California BBS, including people pursuing more than one at the same time.
I already have hundreds of hours. Do I start over?
No. Import them as blocks by site, supervisor, and registration status. They count in your totals and exports and stay out of your weekly log.
Do I have to connect my calendar?
Not at all. Log by hand, use Planner Scanner, or sync Google Calendar. Sync is pull-only and looks at past events; Confirm never writes to your calendar.
Is the export the official BBS form?
Confirm fills the Experience Verification format from your log, one form per supervisor per site. Your supervisor still reviews and signs, as the Board requires.
Which states and license types are covered?
All 50 states. Add each license you hold and Confirm loads that board’s hour and category requirements, with its own renewal clock.
Can it read any certificate?
Photos, PDFs, and screenshots. Confirm pulls the provider, hours, and date, then shows you what it read before anything is saved, so you can correct it.
What happens if I'm audited?
